If you are looking for fun then you have found the right place.  Our jr. high ministry is designed for 6th - 8th graders while our sr. high ministry is geared toward 9th - 12th graders. 

At Friendship we not only have fun in our youth ministry but we challange our students to grow in their faith and encourge them to take their relationship with Christ seriously.  We have many outreach trips each year which include things like Cedar Point, downhill skiing, broomball, all-nighters, bon-fires, concerts, spritual retreats, and more. 

We currently have 10 volunteer leaders who invest a ton of time into our youth ministry.  When asked why he likes to serve in youth ministry Ben Scolten responded,"Because I know what it was like when I was a teenager in my younger years and I needed someone who was willing to come along side me and make a difference in my life.  I want to be able to pass that on to other young people who I can mentor." 

Friendship's volunteer team is led by Pastor Mike Heyboer.  Pastor Mike has been serving the young people of Friendship for 9+ years.  His heart and passion is to see kids come to Christ and then encourage them to continue on the journey through these tough years not losing sight of the finish line.  For more info please email Pastor Mike mheyboer@friendshipchapel.com
